Everlane Modern Loafer $168

Oh the loafer shoes, you either love it or hate it. I am one of the people who LOVES them! But it has to be the right loafer. Not the loafers you wore with your uniform back in your all girl H.S years, you know the one?! If you don’t you are one of the lucky ones and should be very grateful that you didn’t have to wear those style dampers ; )

In all seriousness, a good modern loafer is a great must have in your wardrobe. It’s one of the staple pieces you will wear over and over with all sorts of outfits, plus they are soooo comfortable( at least the ones I love). As I always say “ being stylish and comfortable is the goal”, Am I right or am I right?!

My favorite loafer that I cannot stop raving about is the Everlane modern loafer. The design is so modern and yet classic, how great is that! It comes in an array of fun and classic colors that make it hard to decide which one to go with but can’t go wrong with any choice. I went with the burgundy color and I’m so happy I did. It’s so neutral and it could be dressed up or down by pairing it with jeans or a dress. Add a fun statement like this essential fringe necklace from Stella & Dot to your casual look. Or step it up with a dress and the stone Rebel pendant, and voila! You are set to go and conquer your day!

Essential Fringe Necklace $59

Stone Pendant Necklace $79

So what do you think? Will this loafer make the cut into your closet? I'm curious, let me know in the comments.

It come as a set of three brushes, eye shadow, bronzer and highlighter/blush, which is all we need. What I really love about this set is how cute the packaging is, it's ready for gifting. This set of brushes is part of EVER makeup line. They make it easy for us to get out the door with their 123 make up palettes, like gift idea # 3.  Will talk a bit more bout this AMAZING makeup palette later ;) Lets go to the next gift.

2. This On the mark necklace has been a best seller since it launched back about five years ago. I'm sure you can tell why. It's a great collaboration between a great company, Stella & Dot, an amazing designer, Maya Brenner. This delicate piece is great to gift to your sister or your go getter friend.

3. The limited Holiday out the door palette, as I mentioned earlier, is AMAZING! A real game changer in the make up game. It is make up by number which make it super easy to use, just follow the numbers. It come with all you need to get your face ready in the morning. I would gift this one to yourself but that's just me ;)

4. This one I put on here because it's a gift we should give to ourselves. The TULA self- care kit will come in handy when dealing with all the stress of the holidays. We need to take care of us and this kit will take care of our number one, our face!

5. So this one is great for your friend, the hair junky or the traveler! We all have friend like that and this gift is perfect for them. This mini flat iron with tumbler gift set is sure to please.

It not only comes with a monthly layout and weekly layout but it has a monthly evaluation section. It has helped me to stay on track and keep my focus on the big picture. Plus the company is amazing!

8. This Kaci scarf from Stella & Dot is great for your friend that lives in cold climate. It's super warm and versatile. Could be worn as a scarf or a shawl. Plus, it's super cute!

9. This engravable chain necklace is the perfect gift for Mom. You can add what ever initials you choose. I love that this personalized piece is not your usual Mom charm necklace but it's still so special and unique like her.

10. This Whiplash gift set is great for the Diva in your friend circle! This mascara is my favorite for many reason. I don't have great lashes but this whiplash mascara makes my eyes look pretty good. Plus it comes with a super cute pouch and earring that can be worn all year round.

Marlene

This fall and winter dare to wear darker lips! I haven't worn dark lipstick since I was...lets just say it's been a very very long time! FOREVER lip color, by Ever Skincare, in Glam makes it easy to get that look without looking drab and with its long lasting wear what's not to love.

FOREVER lip color in GLAM (PALE MAUVE NUDE)

Why I love it:

This liquid formula glides on like gloss, but dries down to a beautiful matte finish that last for hours. It's available in other great colors, a color for everyone!

 Michelle Slip on Mule
Michelle Slip On Mule by Fortress of Inca

This week's find is a real beauty by Fortress of Inca! I am totally obsessed with this company and their slip on, every day mule, with a stacked heel that adds just the right amount of height. This classic silhouette takes you from office to off-duty with ease. Available in multiple colors like black, steel grey, caramel, bone and the beautiful burgundy. Handcrafted in Peru using sustainably sourced leather, what's not to love.

These are a closet staple no matter what color you go with. I, of coarse, am obsessed with this burgundy tone and will be wearing on repeat. I consider burgundy to be a very neutral color. Can be worn with jeans and tees or with sweaters, like in this post. You will wear these for years, since they are well made, have a classic style and are comfortable. So worth the price!
